The new year ahead

So here we are again, less than 24 hours till the new year arrives. Its been a hell of a year wouldn’t you say? Sports wise, Arsenal reached the final of the Champions League, but narrowly lost out to Barcelona. Then there was the World Cup, where France were in the final, but lost out [...]

Merry Christmas!

To all my friends who are celebrating, Merry Christmas!
Hope you guys have a good one this year

The jinx is broken!

The Ashburton Grove jinx is officially over, if there ever was one. I’ve had suspicions that it was pretty much broken when we played Pompey, where the game ended 2-2. There was only 2 results in the league when we played at the Grove, which is either a 1-1 draw, or we would win 3-0. [...]

Random thoughts..

Met up with a friend the other day, on my way to the mall. Apparently, he just started work last week, and he’s totally enjoying it. He told me about some of the benefits he gets working for that company, and I could totally live with that Pity that the company is more [...]

Goodbye 2006, hello 2007

A little early, but who cares? We’re officially almost done with the year 2006, with just a few more days to 2007. It has been a relatively productive year for me, getting to know quite a number of people from the working world, mainly those in Microsoft Malaysia. Apart from that, there’s the usual influx [...]

So tomorrow’s the night, when Arsenal meet Chelski in the league. Its also the first time the two clubs meet since the Cashley Cole Transfer Saga ended with Cashley moving to Chelski and Gallas coming over. Its a pity that Gallas couldn’t play though, would love to see how the Chelski fans react to him. [...]

So I finally got my lazy ass to update to the latest version of Wordpress, which is Version 2.0.5. Its basically a security update, but its very important. So for those of you who haven’t updated to the latest version yet, please do so.
Hopefully I won’t get too many “spam” comments now

Bug? Virus?

It seems like there’s a bug or a virus spreading around lately, and I think I caught either one of them. Been having flu for the past week now, and it comes and goes whenever it feels like it The same goes for my throat too. One minute its sore, the next its [...]

A promise fulfilled

A few months ago, I made a promise with Irene that I would get a haircut on the 4th of every month for a whole year. Today, that promise is finally fulfilled 12 months is a very long time, but I’m proud to say that I actually made it through
There was [...]

Arsenal 3 – 0 Sp*rs

A comfortable win at the Grove, as we see out our mortal enemies. 2 penalties converted by Gilberto Silva and a goal by Adebayor confirmed our victory. There was only gonna be two results, either a 1-1 draw or a 3-0 win for Arsenal. I’m starting to wonder if we’ll ever get any results beyond [...]
